My meditation journey began when I was 18, seeking clarity amidst college exam pressure. What started as a tool for calm evolved into 20+ years of personal practice.

Before teaching TM full-time, I spent nearly four years in the corporate world, followed by years as a climbing guide in the Himalayas and instructor across various Asian and African countries.

This unique blend of modern work life and high-stakes field leadership allows me to teach TM in a way that is deeply practical. I don't ask you to withdraw from the world; practising TM will enable you to navigate it with unshakeable clarity and resilience.
